TEAM SIMPLY DOLOMITI
Simply Dolomiti is run by us. We are an energetic and friendly team. We do our very best to create and deliver unforgettable holidays for our guests. We are enthusiastic skiers and mountaineers with long term experience in travel, tourism and service industries. We are a mix of nationalities and ages all with a passion and love for The Dolomites.

GIULIA
(GOO)
Bookings & self-declared pasta guru
Meet Giulia, our in-house culinary maestro and the heart of our office! When she’s not arranging unforgettable holidays to the stunning Italian Dolomites, she’s dazzling us with her encyclopedic knowledge of pasta and top-notch olive oil. Whether she’s whipping up a gourmet meal or planning your dream vacation, Giulia brings a touch of Italian magic to everything she does. Buon viaggio & buon appetito!

IDA
Resort Manager & proud owner of Pogo
Ida hails from Sweden, where she cut her teeth skiing in sub-zero twilight. These days, she’s swapped the Nordic chill for the sun-drenched slopes of the Dolomites—but her love for wild weather remains. As Resort Manager, she’s the calm in the storm, the smile at the end of a long transfer, and the one who always knows where your missing glove is. She’s also the proud human of Pogo, our four-legged morale officer. Sweet as cinnamon buns and twice as comforting

RUTHIE
Rifugio finder & head of Tiramisu
Ruthie has been part of the Simply Dolomiti family longer than some of our skis have been waxed. A globe-trotting performer turned mountain girl, in winter she channels her flair for music into finding the cosiest refuges and perfecting her legendary tiramisu. Her winter transformation from stage to snow is seamless—and if you’re lucky enough to share a meal with her, you’ll understand why we’ve unofficially renamed her dessert “Ruthie-misu"

ALICE
Bookings / Guide / Director / Owner
Alice is the original Simply Dolomiti rep, the spark that lit the torch, and the reason many of our guests keep coming back. Raised on the slopes of the Dolomites, she’s as comfortable carving turns as she is crafting unforgettable holidays. Quick on skis and quicker with a laugh, Alice has a knack for making everyone feel like part of the family. She’s the boss, the guide, the friend you didn’t know you needed—and yes, she always looks that effortlessly cool.

ISABELLE
Guest Services & Guiding / Wellness Whisperer
Evangelist Hailing from Sweden and powered by sunshine and ski wax, Isabelle brings boundless energy and a magnetic smile to the Simply Dolomiti team. A lifelong lover of the mountains, she’s found her happy place in the Dolomites—guiding guests, sharing local secrets, and making sure every day on the slopes is unforgettable. When she’s not leading the charge on skis, she’s your go-to for wellness tips (spoiler: she swears by oregano oil). Sporty, spirited, and seriously charming—Isabelle is here to make your holiday feel like home.

MOGENS
Driver / Director / Owner / Office
Spreadsheet samurai by day, steering wheel whisperer by night—Mogens is the logistical heartbeat of Simply Dolomiti. He may claim to hate the cold, but you’ll find him braving the snow to make sure every guest gets where they need to go, with luggage intact and smiles intact-er. He’s the guy behind the scenes making the magic happen, and if you catch him mid-transfer, ask him about his favorite mountain pass—he’s got opinions.

Guide /Â Composer / Head of Cream
CLAP CLAP SLAP CLAP SLAPA SLAPA CLAP DOUBLECLAP DOUBLE CLAP CLAP CLAP. .. Yes, that Graham. The one with the world-class musical chops and the world-class ski turns. When he’s not composing symphonies, he’s composing ski routes that hit all the best views and coffee stops. His rhythm on the slopes is as smooth as his double clap (you’ll know it when you hear it). A day with Graham is a day well spent—equal parts adventure, artistry, and après-ski anecdotes

POGO
Chief Morale Officer / Snow Patrol
Pogo may be the smallest member of the team, but don’t let the paws fool you—he runs a tight ship. With a nose for adventure and a tail that never stops wagging, he’s the unofficial mascot, emotional support unit, and snow-conditions tester all rolled into one. Rain, shine, or blizzard, Pogo’s out there doing his business (literally) and keeping spirits high. He’s also a master of the soulful stare, especially when there’s food involved. Guests love him. Staff adore him. The woods? Well, they know him well.

HILARY
Photographer / Pixel Perfectionist
Hilary sees the world through a lens—and somehow always finds the perfect light. She’s the one capturing those candid chairlift grins, powdery turns, and sunset silhouettes that make your holiday memories last forever. She’s meticulous (some might say ruthless) with her editing, and only the crème de la crème make the final cut. If you see her lying in the snow with a camera pointed your way, don’t worry—it’s all part of the process. The result? Pure alpine art

ALEX
Ski Instructor / Legend / Friend of the Mountain
If you’ve skied with us before, chances are you’ve heard the name Alex Martini whispered with reverence. A former Italian ski champion and now a trainer of ski instructors, Alex is the guy who taught us all how to carve like pros and fall with style. He’s got technique, charm, and a laugh that echoes down the slopes. Whether he’s leading a lesson or just dropping by for a coffee, Alex brings a touch of mountain magic—and a reminder that skiing is as much about joy as it is about precision

TIZIANO
Head of Public Relations in the Dolomites
Tiziano is our best local friend. Tiziano is our local legend. He knows everyone, and everyone knows him. Need a table at a packed rifugio? A shortcut through a snowstorm? A story that starts with “back in the day”? Tiziano’s your man. He’s the glue between us and the Dolomites, the fixer, the charmer, the guy who somehow makes everything happen—usually with a wink and a glass of something local

YOU
Guest
Yes, you. The one reading this. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned returner, you're the reason we do what we do. You bring the laughter to our lifts, the stories to our suppers, and the sparkle to our slopes. You might arrive as a guest, but you leave as part of the family (and possibly with a mild addiction to tiramisu and oregano oil).
We can’t wait to ski with you, laugh with you, and maybe even race you down a red run. Just don’t beat us too badly—we’re fragile
