Residence Baita Antila is situated 600 m from the town centre of Arabba and is the perfect destination for your summer or winter holiday. 18 apartments are suited to accommodate families with children but also couples and groups of friends. There are various apartment types, but all of them are furnished in the typical alpine style, creating an environment where you can feel at home. Besides all this, a wellness centre offers the chance to regenerate and rejuvenate following a day of physical activity.

This is a studio apartment, the living/sleeping area with a kitchen corner are combined, the double bed can be separated, the kitchen incorporates 2 electric hobs,a microwave,a fridge and a dishwasher plus cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bidet,toilet and shower. Balcony on the first and second floor or terrace on ground floor.
TWO ROOM APARTMENT
for 4 persons
This apartment consists of 2 rooms, the double bedroom where the beds can be separated and the living/ kitchen area including a pull out divan allowing 2 more single beds. The kitchen includes 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher plus cooking utensils. The bathroom includes bidet,toilet and shower. Balcony on first second and third floors or terrace on the ground floor.

This apartment consists of 2 separate double bedrooms one of which is on a mezzazine level with a double and single bed. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. Trilo7 has a pull out divan making 2 extra single beds in the living area. The kitchen corner includes 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher plus cooking utensils. The bathroom includes bidet, toilet and shower. The apartment has a large balcony.
WELLNESS
After an eventful day on your skis or an excursion around the town of Arabba, you can try the regenerative power of the wellness centre. You will find a Finnish sauna, particularly suitable after physical exertion. There is also a swimming pool.
BREAKFAST
Baita Antlia offers a breakfast service from 7.30 to 9.30, where you will find a rich buffet with cereals, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts (salami ham), fresh juice, brioches, cake, white and brown bread rolls, sliced bread for toasting, various jams and honey, coffee, tea, cappuccino, milk and hot chocolate.
